
Dessert: Brandy Cake
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Sponge Cake
- 2 Spoons Brandy (Alcohol)
- Strawberry Syrup
- Banana Chip or Waffers
- Sprite
Procedure:
- Put onto a saucer a slice of Chocolate Sponge cake.
- Pour 2 T-spoons of brandy (alcohol).
- Add 1 T-spoon of rasberry or strawberry syrup.
- Let the sponge cake soak up with the above mentioned.
- Crush banana chips and spinkle around the cake and saucer.
- Add sprite into the saucer, let the banana chips get soaked in the sprite.
- Put into the Freezer for 10 minutes, once done, serve chilled.
